Can anyone help me to get one free keyword research tool where I can get the detail idea about the competition and other information like monthly search, local search, PPC. etc?

    As the new searching keyword tool really helps me out to find a better keyword for my website and for my articles. As with this i can do SEO in a better way to promote my website and generate it's PR level.

    As others have said the Google Keyword Tool should be your first stop. I also use Domain Samurai, the free version of Market Samurai. The main disadvantage of Domain Samurai is its use of Bing results to calculate competition. A real pain in the butt that!

    google keyword tool would be ideal for such things you are looking for but do not limit your self with that tool. Try semrush so you can check which keywords have the highest/biggest traffic opportunity.

    Long Tail Pro is the best keyword tool, it uses Google's results when it calculates competition. I don't know if Traffic Travis still got a free version that works, but check them out if you must have a free tool.

    Google Adwords Keyword Tool is useful for finding keywords.

    Traffic Travis, SEOQuake are good for checking the competition.

    But please note that the traffic data are a little out-dated. They are estimates from last 12 months.
