Adwords Newb Need Help!

Okay, so ive been trying to get to grips with adwords for a few days and initially when i set up my campaign i had a 3 day account reiew period.

So i waited for my account to be reviewed and now its telling me that my a campaign needs to be reviewed..

My question is.. what are the differences between the 2, i know that is sems self explanator but i mean what aspects of the account are reviewed and what aspects of your ad campaign is reviewed? and also does google make you go through this process EVERY time you want o launch a new campaign? cuz thats pretty crappy as it can take up to 3 days also..

    Yea google adwords is a PIA, they are very picky. I prefer MSN adcenter/7search these days....Facebook as well....
