Expiring Domain with some Pharma Anchor Text

I'm thinking about bidding on a high PR expiring domain, however 15-20% of its incoming anchor text is pharma-related which I have no interest in. Would this incoming pharma anchor text detract from the domain's value as a network site for regular non-pharma topics?

    It could easily be labeled as a bad neighborhood by search engines because of those links. The only way to know for sure is to buy it and test it out, but unless it is extremely cheap, the risk probably outweighs the reward.
