There are plenty of SEO services to choose from, some WSOs can contain fake information and/or testimonials but for the most part there are a lot of real posters who will be giving their real life points of view.

Just look for multiple posts from respected long-time forum-goers with many posts, these would be true posts for the most part.

As explained in detail above, if you plan on outsourcing SEO to an online assistant through oDesk or the like you will need to train them up or you will most likely be ripped off. This would mean that you will need to know SEO inside and out and have the time to train people up.

There are plenty of credible SEO services here on the forum and through WSOs so just take your time and go through the reviews and results of real customers to make your decision.
