Hi guys,

First let me say I have someone doing my off-page SEO (odesk guy) before I get into the problem I'm having. I have some keywords in my niche site that have been dancing around for more than a month. they are going back and forth from 30-50 in the results on where they are ranking. I mean it sucks because they are os close to being on the first page but yet it wont stop dancing.

But than you hear about these guys that get there sites ranking number one quickly! Does anyone have a solution to this problem? Has anyone been in this situation and has solved it some how?

I t sucks because I'm paying this person monthly and all I keep seeing is my keywords dance around for too long. Plus to make it even worse I have over 15 niche sites that need backlinks too!!! Talk about sh!t slowing me down.

That SERP dance usually happens when you keep building low quality backlinks.

What kind of links is the Odesk guy building, have you personally looked at the links he is providing?

I agree with Yukon. This is a sign of a 'link blast.' It could go either way for you now.

    Hey...

Generally, whenever google roll back their data many of keywords are dancing on ranking. This is the common problem usually facing. But in your case i think too much backlinks from unauthorized source effect your keywords.

You must have to do some backlinks from good resources which has high pr and low OBL. Also check that your approved post or any off page activity is crawled or not by google.

Make sure you are not hammering the same anchor text over and over again. Be sure to build links with just your url or site name and be sure you have plenty of social links as well.

I have found the best thing to do during a Google dance is to step checking you ranks for 2 weeks and just carry on building links like nothing was happening.

Checking your rankings constantly just adds to panic/worry and doesn't actually do anything productive.

Stick your head in the sand and carry on

If any website get too much links on short time then it's positioning are jumping one number to another number on search engine and the same things are happen to your website. Your keywords are dancing because of too much low quality link building, so first stop the low quality link building and do quality link building that surely helps your website to get stable and top position.
