Time to Get Manual 2.0 Indexed?

Anyone up for sharing the time it takes for their manually 2.0 indexed? I start them with 1-5 articles by hand throwing in some images and videos with a link to my site and sometimes one to an authority or two in my niche.
Some of them pick up pretty quickly (WordPress and Squidoo are great for this) but others... not so much. A put a few through 'backlink booster' as well to see if that speeds up indexing rates but after a month I'm not seeing any kind of benefit on the indexing front.
I dropped services like SocialAdr and Synnd a good while ago but I'm wondering if they'd be worth picking up again to see how they handle indexing.
