Private Blog Networks safe or not safe?

Hey warriors,

I have been creating on average 4-5 blogs a day for the past 3 weeks and also outsourced some blog creation to the point where I have 45 blogs and Len's held on free websites such as Wordpress, Blogger, Tumblr, Blog.com, Squidoo, and Hubpages. Each blog has their own email address and unique content that only links out to 1 other site at the moment.

My question is, is that since the same IP address owns and updates these blogs is it still possible to negatively affect the main websites? Or since they are hosted on free domains does it not matter because those domains have different IP's.

The blogs are all general category topics and I only plan on updating them with unique content periodically and linking out to a maximum of 3 sites. I will let you know the results of this and keep this post updated.

Let me know if any of you have tried this method before and what are the pitfalls and things to avoid!

Thanks

Search engines have no idea what IP address accesses the sites unless you use their properties, like Blogger or Yahoo Voices.

It's just sad that small businesses googling for OC SEO companies will find this guy. They're putting their money and their business' visibility into hands of someone who doesn't even seem to know the basics and the risks of what he's doing. ?

I'd say it's going to be safe if it's monitored and controlled properly. Look what happened to BMR. They keep allowing irrelevant content.
