Google analytics visitor results are playing up and down....why?

Hello guys!!

I have inserted the google analytics code into my html code in order to track my visitors. But when I go into my google analytics account the results of visitos does not increase steadily but it plays up and down and I do not know exactly where are my visitors come from. For example today it shows that i have 25 visitors from facebook and tomorrow it can show me 20 visitors from facebook....this is not logical. Can anybody here help me ??

    Traffic won't be coming in steady numbers. A lot of site's traffic comes in erratic patterns.

    For example one day I'll have 10 visitors from a certain search keyword, the next day 2 even though the ranking remains the same.

    It sounds like it's just the natural cycle of things in internet marketing.

    However if you're concerned that it may be a problem with your tracking code implementation I would suggest embedding it in the core structure of your site (so that it goes sitewide automatically, rather than manually placing code on each page).

    Do not look at Google Analytics frequently, just keep creating good content and getting good backlinks.

    If you're too preoccupied with the traffic, you'll get discouraged to continue on.

    One of my websites used to only get 10 unique visitors per day. I quit building the site for 3 months. When, I checked back in Google Analytics, I was already getting 100 unique visitors per day.

    Had I continued my efforts, I might have gotten much more traffic.

    It takes patience and persistence to win the SEO game.

    It's normal and there's nothing to worry about. Results play up and down depending on the day of the week. Also summer is a slow season.

    What do you mean? You have direct and referral traffic, and all the referrals are listed in GA.
