All in One SEO Plugin and home keywords after panda update

On my WordPress blog I using All in One SEO plugin.

After panda update in seo blogs I read that will good if I not will use exact keywords and will use relevant keywords.

In All in One SEO plUgin in "Home Title" I write relevant keyword.

I want advise which kinde of keyword will good to write in "Home Keywords (comma separated)", exact keywords or relevant keywords?

    Another question about people getting in a panic over the Google over optimization penalty.

    All good questions - but everyone needs to chill on this. If you have a high KW density, have spammy back links hitting your site, use the same KW for anchor text over and over, spin articles and post them etc etc.....in other words you are a spammer and are doing everything but give great content and value then be worried.

    Otherwise add your keywords to the title tags etc. As long as it is relevant and gives a good explanation of what the page is about. On the pages give great value and add good solid relevant content.

    Bottom line Google is trying to get crappy KW stuffed content out of the search results it looks like crap, reads like crap and usually is crap.

    Give value laden content and make it relevant for the reader around a theme or keywords that make sense for the page.

    Google doesn't care about the keyword meta tag, the guys that make those plugins didn't get the memo.
