Backlinks for domain

How can one find ALL the backlinks to a domain, not just a page or homepage of a site, including the anchor text. I want to know # of BLs to homepage, page1,page 2 page 3 etc.

I heard Pengwen (I know sp) penalizes if all your links are to homepage and a few interior pages when they expect it to be more rounded. 50-60 to homepage and the rest to various internal pages.

Please let me know of a tool (unpaid) that accomplishes this.

    the only way to get the home page PR juice is to get a link by exchanging or buying a place in their site. Like Blog Roll. But remember it may cost serious trouble to your site.
