Title Tags Wrong In Google SERPS

Hello, I'm fairly new to this and am looking for help on how to fix my problem. On the front page of my site, Video Crank, if you click on any of the posts, then type the titles of any of the posts into Google, they come up wrong. It will come up with just my blog name (Funny Videos, Pranks, Fails, Funny Text Messages | Video Crank) and point to my front page instead of the blog post. Why is this? Thanks for the help. I'm using Wordpress and SEO Ultimate.

    Probably because your Index page is stronger than the internal pages.

    Does the internal pages your clicking on in Google SERPs have a snippet of the blog post text on the Index page?

    Only building links to the Index page would probably cause the same SERP problem.

    Also, Google probably hasn't re-cached/re-indexed those internal pages, check the Google cache dates on the internal pages.

    In Google SERPS some of the text descriptions show up with the title tag at the beginning in black bold with the title of my sites blog as the link instead of the title tag (the title of the post).

    It appears some where cached days ago.
