I need some advice on how to increase my adsense on my forum.

Here are my stats from June 1st 2012 to Aug 17th 2012
Ad Requests: 1,545,802
Coverage: 99.93%
Clicks: 1,135
Ad Request CTR: 0.07%
CPC: $0.94
PRM: $0.69
Estimated Earnings: $1,067.45
I've moved the ads around a few time for 4 to 5 day to test where works the best. My CTR never changed moving them.
Where would you put the ads and size?
Any thing else i could be doing to make more money from this?
