Can someone with Wordpres knowledge help please?

I have scoured Google with every variation of help searches to no avail for this problem. Wordpress forums 0 replies and Weaver II forums (my theme) no help.

For some reason none of my pingbacks or trackbacks are sending or reeiving. I've received one pingback over a week ago from my other blog even though I have sent multiple pings from several different blogs and nothing. None from any other blogs I have cited as sources. I've probably spent about 12 hours looking for a solution to no avail. Would truly appreciate any help with this. I even got a Pingchecker plugin for my Wordpress website and when I check for embedded links it says there are none, even though there are backlinks in the body. It's ridiculous.

I have the latest version of Wordpress and pings/ tracks are enabled both globally and on a per page basis. I have the code in my header.php as well as XMLRPC.php file on my server. Absolutely nothing. Please help me anyone. Thank you

    Hopefully this is not a lame answer, but it seems you have a tough/strange problem that people don't know the answer too and you aren't getting answers so I thought my "shot in the dark" theory my be something to check or try. Is it possible you have a bad or broken install? Would it be too difficult to back up the database and post content and reinstall from scrtach? I am not a wp pro, but thats's something I would try just to eliminate one problem and then I'd try something else.
