Keyword Research Question

When i do keyword research and i see amazon in the top 5 should i be concerned about having to out rank them. lets say the top 5 sites for my keyword is 3 pr 0 and 1 pr 2 and amazon which is pr 4 ... will you consider that hard to rank for ?

    If it's a straight product name it may be a little tough. For example, "Samsung L81drx-92"

    But if you're trying to rank for "Samsung L81drx-92 best price" and there's an amazon result it's usually easier since the Amazon page isn't really targeting that exact phrase.
