Review of this theme has anyone got one or used it?

What are peoples thoughts on this themem Niche Website Theme
I'm considering using but not heard a lot of talk about it. It seems people just chat about ctr/geneisis/heatmap. I'm currently using ctr and it is good i've experienced an 8% ctr but to be honest its a bit ugly, overly used and I've read some horror stories of peoples accounts being shut down and the finger being pointed towards the use of that theme.
Now I'm not saying that is the case but I'm just keeping an open mind and looking at different options and themes to use for different sites to mix it up. Google already published a video with a member of staff saying if you have several sites using the same templated theme considering incorporating them into one authoritive site. When google politely says this I take it as a sign of do this or else. I'm already decided on the authoritive websites being the way to go providing original usful content and building up a mailing list etc but I'm just looking for some feedback at this point on the use of this theme.
I originally heard about it thanks to mosa I saw he mentioned that he had used it. Any feedback appreciated thank you in advance
