How do I evaluate the potential profitability of a site for adsense?

hello everyone.
Before starting an Adsense campaign on my site I would like to know, roughly, how much money a competing site makes on adsense.

Example:there is a website like realestatesellingtips.com, which sells advertising on adsense. Before starting to invest in my own site sellyourhouse.com, can I know how much realestatesellingtips.com could make on adsense?

    Anything between $0.01 & $1 million, in other words, impossible to know unless you own the site/data from an already earning site.

    It's not easy to estimate what a site is making from adsense. You will never know the exact traffic they get, and their CTR of their ads. (google even forbids to share ctr's)

    You should focus more on your own website and it's potential.
    e.g.
    1. Analyse your target keywords (most important= how many searches per month)
    2. Check the rankings of your competition
    3. Estimate your traffic potential
    4. Check the CPC of your keywords for an estimate of your adsense earnings
    (calculate with 50% of the CPC witch google keyword tool is suggesting.)

    If my explanations don't make sense to you, please research first, before you start your adsense site. Without a good analysis you may end with a lot a work without a ROI.
