Your web hosting should inform you why they suspended your account like your site breaks their TOS, or you have overdue, or there are phishing going on in your account and a lot other possible reasons. They wont just say the issue is in your side that's not complete.

Hey friends,Now i got the reply from the Hostgator that their are some issue regarding the payment. But i have chosen the option to automatically deduct the amount from my account to continue my services but still they have suspended my website. Its been 2 months they have deducted the amount from my account.Don't know what is the reason now for why they have stopped my services.

HostGator is very reputed hosting provider and it should not do such thing, did you get emails before suspending the account?

No they didn't mail me that they are going to suspend my account. That's why i am shocked.Atleast they should have told me about it.

And now they are asking to invest again for the continued services for which i have already paid.Hope this issue will resolve soon. Its a great hosting site and i know it will make some solution out of it.

9 times out of 10 it was suspended for using too many resources... high cpu/memory that caused the server load to spike.

Most hosts that suspend accounts for nonpayment do
not email you. Why would they? You should have read it
when you signed up. Apparently, hostgator is a host
that suspends as soon as nonpayment happens. No
grace period. Smaller hosts do not do that as often.

All you have to do is pay, and everything will be back
up. And that also should be automatic. Money in,
    website up.

This is 2012, not 1997. Usage should never be a problem.
Suspended sites and over bandwidth are two different things.
But man, who in 2012 worries about too much bandwidth?
You must be dealing with Dinosaur Hosting or something.

Obviously you have not already paid.

This stuff is caused by people just not knowing much,
if anything, about what knowledge one should have
    about being a "webmaster."

Seriously. I would have paid by now and had my site up
and running. What are you waiting for?

    Paul
