Allright, At SES San Francisco Matt Cutts said "you don't want the next Penguin update." He warned that the Google "engineers have been working hard," on this update.

    I just tied the FTC link on there, my news was about the next Google Penguin announcement of Matt Cutts. Is that old news, and if so, where is the forum post? I couldn't find it.

      Search for "jarring & jolting", lol. Anyways, that article you quoted is a bunch of nonsense. Usual sensationalized crap to get more exposure (it worked).
