No More Negative Google SEO?

I had read on a blog that Google had introduced some tools to report backlinks from bad neighborhood (Or links against Google rules which are not placed by webmaster/site owner). So, that says big good-bye to 'Negative SEO'.

I know there are lots of people start doing negative SEO to run battle, they forgot that always obeying rules and being not harmful to others and being genuine always give best results

This can't be true. (not said out of disbelief) it just doesn't make sense.
Links aren't supposed to be made by the webmaster, but by other people, that is in essence the most natural backlinks you can get.

Yes of course, I had found that blog on this forum itself, somebody had shared it on a thread, I reached that page when I was searching on Google. I am bit busy now, give me few hours, I will get back to you with the source of this...

Yes, I've used that service today. You report other sites that are using your content without your permission. I think it's a good service from Google.

That is a DMCA complaint and has nothing to do with neg SEO. So far, there is nothing in webmaster tools that would allow removal of bad neighborhood links although Google has said that this may be coming soon.

Yeah, if you are talking about this, that is nothing new and does nothing to help with bad links.

Google hinted at a "disavow" tool being added to Webmaster Tools about 6 months ago. Nothing yet, but Bing launched theirs about 2 months ago.
