    You can use it to get proxy form free sources that are have a good update list and after you harvest them you can test it.

    The thing with free proxies is that they usually aren't what they are advertised to be. Most of the times, if you check your ip while using a free proxy, you will notice that it's not even close to your targeted location.

      I personally like Squid Proxies, Private Proxies | Exclusive Proxies You can go with private or shared proxies and there are discounts codes available for up to 25% off. As far as service, I use their private proxies and they are awesome for both speed and reliability. I've also used their customer service for upgrading and setup issues and they were excellent. Fast responses and worked with me.

      Definitely scalable. I recently doubled the number of proxies I use with them, so if your needs increase or decrease you can change your plan easily.

    As far as absolutely free, you'll have to scrape proxies and just try them one at a time, and they'll almost always be pretty shitty. You can get some decent proxies for cheap, though, which is what I'd recommend.
