    Agreed, use the canonical tag directing to the page you actually want counted. This lets the SE's know to disregard the dynamic page.

    It is dynamic site so if we used canonical tag on the formula based and pick the URL of the main page. It is not an easy job to fix a formula for using canonical tag on each dynamically page. So canonical is not the accurate answer for it.

    You've already got the answer. Either use the canonical tag, or 301 redirect the old URL format to the new URLs. Either way is going to take some work, possibly a little programming, but sometimes doing things the right way takes work.
