Gamefly/Youtube/Adsense idea

This is a idea I thought of a while back but forgot all about it until now. It involves using Gamefly to rent the newest video games so that you can review them on Youtube and monetize them with adsense.
Really simple idea, buying new games just to review them would cost to much, so why not just use gamefly, basically netflix but for video games.
This idea also assumes that it is ok to use video game footage with adsense. I wont personally be using this but I thought some IMer's who are also gamers may get a kick out of this.
Seems like a fun way to make money, play video games and tape what your doing, I recently bought my son batman legos 2 and we were stuck so I went to youtube for video game walk through of the game and these video normally have hundreds of thousands of views.
Also it's worth mentioning that each video game can be made into as many as 20 different videos, all of which will probably get plenty of views. So renting one game may result in a couple hundred dollars.
