anybody using adspy tracker?

I just bought adspy tracker and I can't get it to work.
I've submitted a ticket, got a standard answer saying that hostgator doesn't allow the script. I'm using a different host, and the admin is seriously helpful. He says everything looks fine server end, and the code on the adsense pages look fine too...
There seems to be some buzz going on about tracking programs having to be updated after some changes google made.
Any thoughts?
