Ad serving has been disabled to: moderndesignews.com

Example page where violation occurred: Designs-astrological

Action required: Check all other remaining sites in your account for compliance.

Current account status: Active

Violation explanation

As stated in our program policies, AdSense publishers are not permitted to place Google ads on pages with adult or mature content. In addition to photos and videos which contain nudity or sexual activities, below are some other examples of unacceptable content:

* Lewd or provocative images
* Crude or indecent language, including adult stories
* Sexual tips or advice
* Sexual fetish sites (e.g. foot fetish content)
* Adult toys or products
* Ads or links to external sites containing adult content
* Adult links and/or adult keywords within the meta data in the source code of your site

Action required: Check account for compliance

While ad serving has been disabled to the above site, your AdSense account remains active. Please be aware that the URL above is just an example and that the same violations may exist on other pages of this website or other sites you own. Therefore, we suggest that you take the time to review the rest of your sites to ensure that they're in compliance with our policies, and to monitor your sites accordingly to reduce the likelihood of future policy emails from us. Additionally, please note that our team reserves the right to disable accounts at any time if we continue to see violations occurring.

Appeals

If you wish to appeal this disabling then you can do so by using the Issue ID listed above to contact us via our Help Center: https://support.google.com/adsense/b...&answer=113061.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Sincerely,

The Google AdSense Team

    Do you have nudity on that site... it doesn't have to be porn just naked man/woman will do, if that is not the case, try to appeal and have them tell you what exactly it is what is wrong

    You will have to start from scratch.

    You can try removing all offending content and appealing but success chances are low. Better to try again.

    Google is a like a terrorist in that all to often you cannot negotiate with it or (them).

    Heh.

    I recommend getting a new adsense account.

    To do that you will need to apply with a new name - Use your middle initial - and grab a virtual mailing / physical address.

    This is so that Google can forward your checks from the virtual address (you will appear as a different person). Or you can get a new bank account and get ACH/Direct deposit.

    This is a pain in the neck, but if your biz. heavily weighs on this source of income, it's worth it.

    Cheers,

    Justin

      ROTFLMAO! That has to be the most terrible post of the day.

      I don't know what you people are smoking, but it's what makes
      google militant. They of course look out for THEIR business, not
      yours or mine.

      ROTFLMAO #2. You give us what appears to be a parked domain.
      Are you doing adsense for domains?!?!?! If so, the ads are still
      there....so what's up with that? Unless it's your host doing
      that. Either way.....

    Your adsense is gone, can you tell us exactly what you did, Google do not just ban accounts for nothing, from my understanding they are strict and stick to their guns which a lot of people don't.

    Ehrm, why is everyone saying "your account is gone, there's nothing to do, get a new one"?

    Not only is signing up for another account not permissible, but:

    1) His account is still active, as the mail says

    2) The link to dispute the disabling of just one website in the account is right in the e-mail

    There was adult content on the webpage. AdSense ads can't be served next to adult content. Remove the adult content and use the link to have them re-review the site.

    Google didn't do anything wrong here. Us advertisers don't want our ads shown next to porn. That's a reasonable request and the publisher agreed to it.

    I'm no rocket surgeon but I see two things you failed on:
    • Fake Youtube video at bottom of page (Google owns Youtube).
    • Video thumbnail of what looks like a girl starting to undress (porn)

    Have a look at OPs Google Cache (very bottom of the Cache page).

    The Cache never lies...

    What I find amusing is, OP dumped his entire page of content (link in OP) for 100% Ads. That right there tells me OP is desperate & I'm sure a manual Adsense review will pick up on that, which your guaranteed to get a manual review now, since you violated the TOS.

    OP obviously never read the Adsense TOS, just skimming the TOS would show you porn isn't allowed on Adsense pages.
    • Desperation
    • Porn
    • Can't be bothered to read the TOS
    • No content

    I'm not trying to be a prick, but your not even trying to keep an Adsense account. Then you start posting on the forum what should you do next? How about do some reading (TOS)?

    I stumbled upon a report that may help out on this but I'm in no position to post a link yet. But the best bet here is for you to seek help from the Adsense Forum where you can get top contributors to help you out.

    Cheers
