Penguin! What should i do?

Hi! my site is hit by penguin. How can i come out of this situation. Whats should be next procedure. Kindly share your valuable thoughts.

    What specifically did Penguin hit on your site? Did you have a lot of artificial back links? If that is the case remember this, your site was not penalized for the artificial back links. It's more along the lines of your site was receiving traffic it should never have ranked for. Google simply made the SEO juice those links were giving you to rank as high as they were disappear. From here all you can do is start building natural links through quality content.

    It's extremely hard to tell you what to do without knowing more about what you did prior to being "hit by penguin". How hard was it hit? Could it just be a good old dance?
    There are many factors to take into account when analyzing the situation.

    As other have said above: How do you know it's penguin which affected your rankings?

    Have you been building too many backlinks from low quality sources? Please explain a little bit

    use opensite explorer and check your link profile.. I bet you have a ton of dead links that you will need to replace or not enough link diversity...

      not always the case.. we have found in some instances it's over optimization of the keywords that site have been penalized on.

      don't get me wrong, Diversity is important for long term success but penguin was based on over optimization of keywords in links..

        My gosh these penguins threads are annoying.

        What the frick is link diversity? Just another buzzword
        that makes no sense or refers to anything real.

        The same people screaming link diversity, are probably
        some of the biggest spammers...er.....posters here,
        complete with sig link. How's that for "link diversity"?

        And if you believe in the link diversity fairy, you had
        better not have hundreds of posts here with a sig link...

        Link diversity for sheer link diversity makes no sense.

        And if you are getting links in good places, link diversity
        is a non-issue. And if you're not, then link diversity aint gonna
        do shinola for ya.

        My new line of this shtuff is, "Polishing a turd. It's still a turd."

        When you see the OP plastering HIS sig with stuff like
        SEO Pakistan.....well, look no further. Let the SEO expert
        answer his own question.

        No wonder more people are thinking these threads are created
        for nothing more than to push someone's sig.
