I have two sites with Adsense on them. One was getting .12 and the other .25 euro cents per click. Well, that was last week. For the last few days these cpc's have dropped to .02 and 0.3 cents! While my previous earnings were not that high, these new earnings per click are insane! Is there a reason for this? Or is this simply because the demand in my niches has decreased?

Let's assume that your traffic and CTR is remaining fairly constant.

Remember a couple of things with Adsense: advertisers are constantly bidding on and paying different rates for their ads.

Second, the ads change (as you know).

The most logical explanation is advertisers that end up on your site are paying less / bidding less and thus your "cut" of the profits have also been lessened. As it has gone down, it will come back up. It other words it will fluctuate.

Another thing to remember: Google also keeps track of actual conversions from your site. In other words, the more people that click the ads on your page and then actually purchase something through your ad makes clicks from your site command a higher fee for you.

Conversely, if people are clicking your ads but not taking action with the advertisers, your earnings actually go down per click.

So all of that is in play.
