Last year I got my Adsense account banned. Is there a way to set a new one up safely? I've seen services that will guarantee account approval but will it work? And insight on options would be appreciated.

    goto fiverr and search for adsense account. many will create an account for you even you were banned before. hit thanx if it is useful.

        You have got to be kidding to give such an awful advice.
        No kidding. Do not believe that crap you hear about getting an account through fiverr. In order to get paid, you have to provide your tax information. Once Google's police bots crosscheck that with any banned accounts, you'll be out on your butt again.

        You could, possibly, establish a business account...but that would mean creating a legit business entity, getting a business bank account, EIN, new IP address, new business address, etc. Absolutely nothing can be associated with your previously disabled account.

        However, if you do not know why your personal account got flushed in the first place, you'll make the same mistakes and get your business account banned, too.

    There are possibilities for a person to get adsense approval even if or she was banned by adsense once. I had a adsense account which was banned due to some invalid clicks. I didn't really know from where this clicks were coming. After trying 30-40 times, adsense approved me a business account. Now I am using that.
