    Normally, if you have an SEO plugin like Yoast or SEOPresser, they will let you know the keyword density of a post. Its usually between 1-3% Keyword density is affected by the length of the post. The more words you have then the more keywords you should have.

    Basically if you get SEOPresser, it will do everything you are asking here

    I agree, spend the cash on SEOpressor, it is a GREAT TOOL! I have found that 800+ words, with a density of around 4% with a H1 and H2 containing your keywords, plus 2 images, and a relevant video goes a LONG way!

    Anyone counting words isn't serious about SEO.

    Anyone that gives you a word count percentage isn't serious about SEO.
