Software to remove duplicated keywords

Hi i have two lists of keywords about 200 each. I want to remove keywords which are on both lists (duplicated) and use the left over keywords. It would take too long if done manually, so i was wondering if anyone knows of any software or website which allows me to do this.

      Sometime if you are looking others query and their replies than there is high chances that you can get some good things and same happened with me as well.

    you have two keyword lists - do you mean keyword lists in AdWords?
    or somewhere else?
    the AdWords offline campaign editor allows you to spot and remove duplicates.

    I don't think i made my question clear, just say i have keyword list a which is:
    List A)
    Dog
    Cat
    House
    Sheep
    Rabbit

    List B)
    Dog
    Cat
    House
    Sheep
    Rabbit
    Horse

    List C) Removes Duplicates, except for Horse (because its in neither list)
