SEO Help Needed

Dear SEO Experts, please provide me your valuable advice. I am working on a website and trying to rank it. The keywords has low competition. I build some back links. My website is 7 months old Now. I will not share address here as I am afraid of hackers.
My ranking for all low competition keywords are not stable. If Today I am at first page, tomorrow I will be on third page and so on. The ranking is never stable.
I use article marketing, some guest posts, link wheel. social bookmarking,
So, I am tired Now. Please help me. Give me a SEO plan So, I can achieve my desired ranking for long term.

    Well it's part of our life at SEO to get tired if we don't want to outsource our leg works. But if you made your site authority the work will be lessen.

    If you're ranking is not yet stable, continue getting high quality back links from related websites.

    I also recommend that you will go to your website and see to it that your is properly optimized. AFter the Panda update, content or on page SEO is having big factor in ranking.

      Marketing research and Keyword analysis is important. If your market and keyword has hard competitor (Site of competitor is high authority), it hard work for make stable of ranking.

      I do "Marketing research and Keyword analysis" 70% in step-1 before start SEO, If step-1 fail, it means, we very tried for drive ranking.

      Also, you On-page SEO important. (Back to Basic)
      - Niche content, quality and quantity
      - H1, H2, H3
      - Keyword density
      - Internal link with keyword to relate post
      - External link to high authority site
      - Image ALT
      - Template SEO friendly

      I do above before next to Off-page SEO, backlink for me very simple.
      - High PR and High authority site of 2.0 web ( 6 web )
      - Niche content and 1-keyword link back to money site
      - I do every 2-3 day/time

      ps; more backlink make my site drop from GG.
