How to use 301 redirects on windows server/shared hosting??

Hi Friends,
I have few issues, hope you'll help to resolve it for me.
Earlier I have Linux hosting and was using .htaccess file to manage 301 redirects. However due to some problem we have changed our hosting and now it's windows shared hosting.
I'm not able to use 301 redirects.
I want to use http://www. with each page urls. Plus I have to 301 redirects few old internal pages to new internal pages.
If it's possible through "web.config" file then it would be great for me.
Please let me know how to do it??
