Hi everyone,

I have recently got going with youtube marketing reviewing specific products that I rate highly and think will benefit customers in a variety of niches. However, we all know trafffic is essential to make money in this business, same with normal websites.

So I wanted to ask if people here know of effective software to rank youtube videos high in the search engines? I don't mind whether it's from this forum or clickbank or any other place it's being sold.

I am only really interested in people's experience if they've had success with such software as many will promise the world but not deliver.

Thanks
Joel

Just spam them to hell and back with contextual backlinks, they can take an awful lot of link spam abuse!

LOL, I am not advocating link spam abuse at all. What I am interested in is software that will automate the process at least to some extent, and generally if people have had results with any specific software.

I should rephrase no spam tools please.

      Thanks

The reason is i've been around this business for a long time and I know spamming is stupid and will only result in disaster from Google in the long run. That is why I say what I do, and you would be advised to learn from this IMO.Joel

For off-page, I've had positive results with contextual backlinks and embedding the video in contextual content. For on-page, I use some secret-sauce VSEO methods from Cliff (YouTube Power Slam WSO). Works very very well.

And I realize you asked for specific software recommendations. Personally, I use GSA Search Engine Ranker and SENukeX for off-page. For on-page, it's all manual.

** EDIT ** Almost forgot about Vagex... that's a good tool as well.

Thanks for your reply, and what a relief to finally get a sensible response.
By the way have you had good results from using these tools on your videos?

      Thanks

This guy is correct because this is what I do on my MNS/Amazon sites.

Create one site for a particular product like a juice extractor, spam hundreds of millions of xRumer links and then stay at #1 for like 4-6 months. By the time Google has slapped my site, I will have already made $$$ from that site and I will have already built 457 other sites during that timeframe. Delete the slapped site, collect the money, and then move on to site #458. Rinse/repeat.

        So, yes, spamming does work.

Well if you've been in the SEO game for a long time you will know how effective spamming is when done in the correct manner.

10 years ago ranking websites was all about spamming as many keywords as you can on white background with white text, highest keyword denisty took the top spot. None of this link building malarkey.

How do you outright know that spamming is stupid? Sure spamming links direct to your money site is stupid but spam is one of the strongest weapons in the toolbox when used correctly.

Don't just swallow every piece of bullshit you read
It's not from reading my friend I have a lot of experience here, and due to the Penguin update I lost out on a potential $20k sale of one of my websites to a big investor due to losing my rankings overnight, so that's reality my friend not theory.

Google has announced they will be making some big changes to combat these kind of spamming going forward, but it's your call mate, don't say I didn't warn you and others.

Whether you believe them or not on this, it shouldn't be encouraged at the very least even if you want to continue to play games with Google and try and manipulate them.

While that is solid advice they have been saying that for years and while they have gotten better over they years the difference is marginal.

Don't get me wrong when algo updates drop I have sites that lose out, but I also have sites that win.

Penguin isn't about link spam or link types as such and was about on page and off page (anchor text) optimisation.

Have you tried to take any action to recover the site? Sorry to hear about it but I have found the Penguin update to be one of the easier penaltys to remove in my time. Sounds like its worth a shot by all accounts!

You can go with tubetoolbox.com as its showing good reviews. It would be better to hire someone who can create links for you by sharing your videos exposing qualities of your websites.

In addition blast your videos with hundreds of social bookmarks. $5 can get you over 700 or if you're really serious about it buy BMD or Social Bookmarking Bomber which will be cheaper in the long run.
