Found my first keyword, but I feel like I'm stuck. Any suggestions?

Hello there, warriors.
I've been lurking here for a couple of days now and most probably read everything there is to know about finding the right keyword.
I just found a product with a with low competition keyword, decent monthly traffic and €1.80 CPC (I've attached a picture of it)
I'm really hesitating about this since it will be my first, and I would much appreciate the help!
In the top 5 ranking sites, # is amazon, and #5 is Wikipedia.
for the remaining 3 sites, I tried ahref (free account), Market Samurai (Trial) and Alexa, but each gave me a different backlink result.
What should I do?
