It doesn't matter whether you can or not. (So, as it happens, it really isn't a very good question, I'm afraid! ).

Actually, you can, but if you're using it as a marketer, with any form of monetization at all, or even to draw traffic to another site which is itself monetized in any way, as soon as one competitor or anyone else "flags" it and a member of Wordpress's staff sees it, it'll immediately be deleted/removed, for breaching the terms of service.

Wordpress.com is for "hobby bloggers" only. Not for internet marketers.

The same, more or less (but not always in the same ways) is true of Blogger.com and a few other places.

It's essential always to read the terms of service very carefully before submitting any content to web-pages which you don't yourself own and control. And in the case of Blogger.com, where the terms of service don't even tell you openly what you need to know, it's essential to "ask people", as well! This forum's packed with people who have had their Blogger blogs deleted (often without even knowing why, or which "term of service" they've allegedly broken!).

In short, you'd be much better off self-hosting your own Wordpress blogs, even if you host them on free hosting (somewhere like 000WebHost or Byethost).

Key concept: it isn't whether the hosting is "free" or "paid" that matters: it's the terms of service of the host and the practicalities of how they're interpreted and enforced.

Don't build a castle (or something that might eventually grow into a castle) on a quagmire: eventually it will fall down.

I've been monetizing Blogger with the same account/blogs for years, never had a single problem, then again I don't build links on other blogspot blogs or create junk sites.

I still have my main sites (self hosted) but I would never give up the free money on Blogger (it's literally free money).

It's not difficult to keep a Blogger site/account in good standing while monetizing the same blogs. The problem isn't Blogger, it's the people that can't stop themselves from creating useless junk/spam. I'm not suggesting you do any of those things, just saying it's easy to keep a blogger site/account active & monetized.

Of course you can. Why not?

Although I'd prefer if I had control over the domain. But yes, you can easily rank a Wordpress.com blog #1. Just as you can any other site / page.

Yes it is. In fact it is quite easier to rank a Wordpress blog than it is to rank a site on 000webhost or other free hosting sites.

Because Wordpress/Blogger is stricter on which sites it removes it makes it far easier to rank a Wordpress/Blogger site. Google looks at the overall quality of a domain, and give more authority to the sites they see as being higher quality content. Since 000webhost allows itself to be littered with filth, Google puts less trust towards the domain name, which then makes it harder to rank a 000webhost page.

So build a Wordpress/Blogger page that won't get banned (not that hard if you use common sense) and you'll be able to leverage a site that Google trusts more and will be more likely to rank.

I don't see why not? I never heard of being flagged and deleted but I have a Wordpress website with a blog within it.
