No of OBLs and sites ranking?

If I allow guest posts on my blog with two links/post, will it effect the ranking of my site? I mean if the number of OBL are too many, does it effect ranking? Also, is it ok to give too many links from blogroll??

    Yes, 2 backlinks will reduce your PR more than 1 backlink. However, if you have a healthy amount of internal links (which you should), then you won't lose too much pagerank.

    For example, If you have 18 internal links and 1 outbound link, then the outbound link will receive 5% of the pagerank. If you have 18 internal links and 2 outbound links, then each outbound link will receive 5% pagerank, sending out 10% pagerank total.

    Will it effect your rankings? It all depends on your competition and whether losing 10% pagerank on one page is enough to make a difference. I personally don't think it will make a difference.

    Now if you do 50 guest posts? Well that's another story.

      Suppose my site is PR3. I receive 10 blogroll links and give 20 blogroll links or vice versa, how will it effect?

      Will giving links from internal posts or guest posts effect my homepage PR??

        It depends on the PageRank you get from those 10 backlinks pointing to your site. It also depends on the amount of internal links you have.

        If you have 20 separate guest posts, and they all only link out 1-2 times to an external source, then you aren't going to lose a ton of PR. However, if you have 20 external backinks on your homepage, you will lose significantly more PR.

        Any time you put an external backlink on your website, you are going to lose PR, even if you no-follow it.
