Absolutely zero "Call to Action" above the fold.

    Needs work.

Your only giving your visitors one chance to order. You need to have multiple order buttons on there.

    - Multiple order buttons.

    - I would incorporate a green color scheme. Looks great with golf.

    - Have an auto-playing video.

    - An Arnold Palmer picture maybe.

But you are headed in the right direction, just keep beefing it up.

OK, guys... here's a more pressing question:

Google checked the landing page and disapproved it... no reason given other than it doesn't meet landing page policies...

Any eagle eyes here spot what the violation might be??

Does it need About, Privacy, & Contact?

Maybe because your copy keeps making reference to Arnold Palmer (15 times) as If he has something to do with the product?

Has Arnold Palmer endorsed the product?

Isn't an auto-play video affects the loading time as this will automatically connect to host of the video while also loading the page?

@yukon - I hope it isn't the Arnold Palmer thing... as far as I know, he hasn't officially endorsed the DreamSwing, but the whole story as told is true...

I've added links to Terms of Use, Privacy, & Contact pages in a menu in the footer...

I've added the company name, mailing address, & telephone number in the footer...

I also added a telephone number under my name

    ...resubmitting and keeping fingers crossed...

@imsince2003 - could be... but, I thought it was mainly about "bridging" pages- where the site visitor has to go to the vendor's page before they can buy...

This page goes straight to the shopping cart... no bridging.

@greedy - I might split test with green... I liked the blue because studies show it is calming... also, it combines well with the video image & the guarantee certificate image... I also thought that with the PGA seal at the top, it gave the whole page an "official" feel too

Go on and drive Facebook ad traffic to it!

@shipwrecked - I may end up doing that, as well as buying traffic from Bing... but, I want to see if I can get AdWords to accept this...

Yes a little bit, but unless you are slamming it with PPV like traffic you should be fine.

The value it adds is worth it.

Try adding something to let visitors know they can trust your site. You've already got a money back guarantee and testimonials, but adding some kind of approved website badge would make the site a tad more professional. You could even A/B test a VeraSafe seal vs a BBB seal on the your site and see what converts better.

I suspect the problem with the page is that it is, in fact, the only page. I'd break up the content into at least few different pages.

Maybe cause it look like the typical "I am about to scam you" sales letter that most IM'ers still think works great?

If you keep resubmitting this page to adwords without major improvements, they might just ban you from adwords...

      Hi Gene,

I just spotted this thread, sorry I didn't see it sooner, I may have been able to save you some time.

It took me about 1 second to spot why your landing page was disapproved. The AdWords landing page will not not approve websites with unrealistic, or unreasonable claims, or claims that lack credibility. Please see AdWords User Safety Policy page: User safety - Advertising Policies Help

Read that policy and then ask yourself how the AdWords LP reviewer is going to view your page headline. Even if that claim is true, you will need to cite a credible 3rd party to back it up.

In addition, Arnold Palmer is a registered trademark (see ArnoldPalmer.com) and your landing page may get you in legal hot water for trying to trade on that registered trademark. This page explains the AdWords policy on Trademarks: Trademarks: AdWords and AdSense - Advertising Policies Help

Also, your use of the Arnold Palmer name on your landing page might be viewed as an implied affiliation. See the AdWords Policy on implied affiliation: Implied affiliation - Advertising Policies Help

Those are a few things that I spotted with a quick glance of your landing page. I would fix those, then go through the entire website and check for any other potential policy violations, correct them and submit the page for reconsideration at the link provided in the disapproval message you received.

As long as you show the AdWords review team that you are making a serious effort to read, understand and comply with the policies, they will help you out with specific issues that you may have overlooked.

    @dburk - great feedback

Unrealistic claims - This is a tough one... bold claims are the lifeblood of sales letters... I don't think anything in the sales letter is out of line- especially when judged against other sales letters in this niche... it's actually quite tame.

The device promises a better swing with just minutes of training per day. A better swing equals more control- giving you greater distance and accuracy. No specific claims are made about x-number of added yards in distance or degrees of accuracy...

The supporting PGA video and testimonials and endorsements are all very powerful and backup what claims are made...

The only claim, one I got from the inventor himself, that gives me a little pause is the one about it being the world's only muscle memory trainer. That might need to be tweaked - on the other hand, it's a claim about the product, not about the results it promises- so, it might not be triggering any alarms with AdWords as it is.

Arnold Palmer Trademark - After reading the policy, it strikes me a complaint would have to be issued by AP before a trademark violation would be triggered... but, better safe than sorry... I'll ask the DS owner if he has or can get written permission to use AP's name this way...
