Adsense Payment via Western union qustion!

The maximum amount we can send for an individual payment is EUR700.00. If your payment exceeds this amount, you will receive multiple Western Union payments up to your total payment amount???

I don't understand this. Is it means that if my current month earnings is 1,000 EUR, I will recieve 700 EUR this month and the the remaining 300 EUR next month ??

      so if your earnings in 1 month was more than the limit "700EUR" you will get 2 payments not one , and i think they mean in ( tow payments ) that first payment will be 700 , the second will be the rest , but i don't think they will be in the same month .
      I understand this, But I don't know if the 2 payment are issued in the same month or not??

    This limit has their own reason..
