Proper way for listing Meta keywords?

Hey everyone,

I had a question about the proper way to list keywords for meta tags. I dont quite get how to list phrases and the such. I have a review site for an upcoming release, and im trying to get my page listed for the relevant searches on google but its not happening...

    I don't think Keywords Meta Tags are considered by Google now a days. It is advisable that you give more importance to Meta Title. Also Meta description will help you with better SERP and conversions.

    The proper way is to not include them. Pretty much all search engines ignore them.

    The only purpose they serve is to allow your competitors to easily see what keywords you are trying to rank for.

      well then that is VERY confusing.... because google itself offers a free keyword/phrase generator tool. So then what exactly can i include in my site to help with ranking?

    I wouldn't worry about keywords anymore. Work on your -150 char meta description and keywords inside your content. If you still want to use keyword, keep them short and few. They are still acceptable by many search engines if google is not your target.

    If you could not use Meta Tags, then how Google will find your Keyword(Optimizing Keyword). And Meta Keyword is an Important factor in On Page Optimization.
