Google has indexed me twice... Adviee?

I recently changed all my urls to more Google friendly ones. Google has now indexed both the new and the old URLS as you can see here. Page 2 is the new ones . hello hedgehog - Google Search

Any ideas how I can get it to ignore the old ones and just index all the new ones. The Homepage meta data has also been changed but Google has not recognised this in the search results.

    If the old ones are 301 redirecting, google will automatically update them in a few days.

    Yeah, simply set 301 redirect on the old URLs to the new ones.

    You site must not be crawled and indexed by Google. Once it is, Google will show the new meta data.
