    I used to use the free version of SERPAttacks, it seemed like it worked good but I didn't do much with it.

    However, I do know that SERPAttacks was made by the same guy who made TweetAttacks - which worked perfectly.

    So I'm pretty sure its probably accurate.

    If it is talking about SEO competition, then no. It is nothing but complete BS. There is no tool out there that will alone tell you the SEO competition of any given keyword.

    If it is just talking about AdWords competition, then yes it is probably accurate. It most likely just pulls from the Google Keyword Tool.
