Are you finding stumble exchanges profitable??

I wanted to promote of my sites through SU. How much traffic can I get from stumbles?? and what about the quality of the traffic??

I am new to this so can anybody tell me which forums and websites are best for stumble exchange offers??

    Stumble is pointless unless you are able to figure out how to actually get targeted traffic. I've gotten thousands of visitors from SU, but not a single one purchased or even clicked on an adsense ad. Then I ended up getting my profile banned and it hasn't affected a single thing.
