If you had 1000 RANDOM visitors a day, which generic CB product would you promote?

Hi there,

so lets say you have a site which gets 1000 visitors a day. They share something which is not marketable and doesnt have any influence on their lives. Lets generalize and say "they all shop at wallmart" so they can be rich, poor, young old, male female, unemployed employed etc etc.

So there is no niche and no targeting involved.

Which Clickbank product would you reccomend (could be more of them) that the highest % of people can relate to.

Ok its obvious that the US should strive for "Truth about six pack abs" or some dieting, due to the fact 60% of Americans are obesse (<- nevermind the spelling).

Any ideas? Thanks

And no its not US traffic Mostely European...

    I would go with a CPA product, they work MUCH better for generic traffic.

    I would try some simple email submit.

      What she said. Random traffic is REALLY hard to convert. But a CPA offer will usually do a lot better.

    The way I figure out what to promote for generic traffic is to download something like TrafficVance and go to generic websites. There you'll see ads that people are putting up on random untargeted sites.

    Right now the best stuff for RON I think would be zip submits/coreg.

    Try promoting something like STOPzilla – Security Software by STOPzilla or a "speed up your PC" offer. If people are using a computer to view your offer, chances are there's something "wrong" that you can help fix.

    All you sure they share something that is not marketable? Because people who shop at wal-mart is a niche that I could market to. Even Europeans would be a niche you could market to.

    That being said, I would recommend against Clickbank as well. Clickbank can work wonders, and I do promote many of their products. But without laser focused traffic, there are likely much better things you could promote.

    I would think carefully about what would be of interest to the people visiting your site. If their is a clickbank offer that works, test it. Likewise, you should test CPA offers as well. You may want to sign up for comission juctions and browse their affiliate offerings as well. They offer a large selection of physical and downloadable products, as well as services. It may be that you find something that is better than a generic clickbank product.
