Why don't you use "Unique Castles" only as anchor text?

Nope it will not Take it as Unique castle itself. You have to make it urself. But try to get more keyword results to rank. You are using your domain name as a keyword surely it will rank well.Try different variations in it .

    Hi Greg,

Yes they will but you have much bigger SEO issues to focus on e.g.

    1. Don't overoptimize your site by having your domain name as uniquecastles.com, your homepage title is Unique Castles, your WP Category (if relevant) is Unique Castles and your homepage article title is Unique Castles - Google hates that keyword stuffing.

    2. Work on the quality (think page PR) and Anchor Text variation of backlinks to your site (go VERY easy on Unique Castles as Anchor Text).

    3. Test and track what your traffic does on your site so that you can optimize and (hopefully) improve conversions, time on site averages, bounce rates etc.

There's more to do but that will get things heading in the right direction.

I have heard that using the same keyword over and over again in a single article or page is called "Keyword Stuffing" and google hates it. But, I'm now confused by reading you response. If we use the same keyword over and over again in all articles, posts and pages (NOT in a single page, article or post) of our website, then will it also be considered as keyword stuffing?
      I'll wait for your reply.

        Hi Joshua,

For a well conceived site, each individual page should be (subtly) targeting different keyword terms - don't forget that Google ranks pages, not sites.

In short, don't keyword stuff your backlinks' Anchor Text OR your Money Site pages.
