Statcounter/ Adsense account discrepancies?

Anyone here use statcounter.com? If so, I have a question. Sometimes it reports that one of my visitor's exit links was one of my adsense ads. However, that doesn't reflect when I check on my adsense account. I don't have a passback or anything like that with this particular page. Anyone else have this occurrence?

Don't use stat counter, for $5/month you can get something much much better ie. reinvigorate.net ... Also when I take a look at my heatmaps for on-page clicks on some of my smaller sites, sometimes their will be 100+ clicks on ads on the first day of the month, yet Adsense will only show 60-65. It's common.

As soon as someone clicks on your ads, or any other link, StatCounter counts it.

If you read Adsense TOS - at least I think it was in there - Google does not pay you on clicks that last for a second or two (or some predetermined amount of time). So if someone clicks on your ad and then immediately clicks away, you are not going to get paid for it.

The advertiser is paying for eyes on their ad. If you come and go so quickly that it's clear you didn't read anything, G is not charging the advertiser and you are not getting any money for it. Perfectly fair.
