Page Language For Search Result

Hi,
I am running a dual language site in Hong Kong (english and chinese). Looking at the data from Google Analytics, it seems that the English version of my site is loading for everybody in China and Hong Kong. I realized my scripts were not set with the right locale for China, so I updated. It's been three days since I have updated and Google has yet to update the results on the site. It SHOULD be updated within 24 hours, but it hasn't yet. Does anyone have any advice what I should do? Second question is does updating the locale on the scripts to include China ensure all visitors running those locales see the right language version?
