Need Idea for Negative Reputation

Hi,

Recently my clients site ranks low in Google. When i reached it i found a .GOV site page that linked to my website with negative contents.

The .GOV site page is in 5th position in google, My client wants me to push the page to 2nd page in google results.

I have worked few techniques like, but I could not able to move that sites position.

Please suggest me any idea about, how to do this. Waiting for your suggestion.

    Simple. Suggest to your client that they hire someone that knows how to do the job.

    Don't take jobs you do not know how to fulfill.

    Its obvious to become the greater target when you get more involved in Internet marketing. Once you receive a bad remark online then all the activities seems to be less working. Still I would recommend, if you have great testimonials that describes you your best then promote it. Improve all your online networking profiles, start to do interviews for your potential customers and include videos in your search results.
