Yoast wordpress seo plugin gives me a questionable suggestion

Yoast suggestion is:
[red] A meta description has been specified, but it does not contain the target keyword / phrase.
Actually, the target phrase is very clearly specified in the SEO title (and the article heading) and I thought that putting additional info on the meta description instead of repeating the same info of the title should give a more valuable info to the reader and, hence, get a better value in SEO ranking.
Thoughts?
