Selling brand new adsense websites on Flippa?

I enjoy building adsense websites but to be honest that's as far as I like to take it (I prefer being the initial supplier). Typically I offer services to build them but would like to begin selling them elsewhere. Has anyone had any luck with selling brand new adsense sites on Flippa and if so how much profit did you make per site? Thanks for the help!

It's kinda tough since there's a lot of competition.

My advice would be to work on ranking for low / med competition phrases. Then try to sell them. At least you'd be able to show something positive. (Even if they're not bringing in much of an income.)

if your design is good then you may sell it for 99$ (as its new = no revenue)

Total waste of time. Figuring it costs $29 to list and ~$7 for a domain plus Flippa takes a minimum success fee of $10. So at the very least your in it for $46 and I really doubt you would sell many for over $100.

Now consider time invested into article creation (or money for outsourcing) and the fact that not every listing is going to sell. In the end you may make a buck or two but not much more than that and you will be more frustrated than anything.

Make the sites, get them to at least $25 a month and you can easily sell them for ~$250 and if you sell outside of Flippa you can get $500+.

      I think you're pretty spot-on.

Just work on a small handful each month and flip them once they're starting to show earnings. It'll take some time to get the ball rolling, but you'll earn more in the long run.

It'd be far wiser to make them rank and earn first, a website with at least 3-5 months of consistent earnings can be sold for like 10X the price. And you make money along the way as well.

If you can knock out 10 AdSense sites per week in just a few hours and your profit was $50 per site, that's $500 per week. If you need some fast cash, Flippa is one of the fastest ways to do it.

I don't think we should knock something because the profit margin is small. Otherwise, WalMart wouldn't be in business. Just a thought...
