Exact Keyword or Broad Keywords? Which is best when submitting for Back linking pls feel free to answer

i have a big confusion in this to do for exact keyword or phrase keyword and does this mean really big?

I use to build links with Exact keywords but after Penguin update I have started using Phrase keywords too.

Well there are many discussion out there about this.

So...

After the last G update the best thing is to use diversity anchor text in your backlinks.

I do like 30% main KW and 70% long tail KW and all contains my main KW
EX: 30% main kw like "cars" 70% long tail KW like "buy cars" "best cars insurance"...etc.

You can use Adwords kw tool to get some secondary kw.

With the new G update we must make things look as natural as possible and a good exercise to do that is to look at your wife/girfriend/sister.. web activity...

By doing that you will notice that even if she share/post a link somewhere about shes favorite blog she will never use the same anchor text twice and never use the exact kw that the blog owner target...

So anchor diversity is important this days.
