Best SAAS Rank Checker for Agency Use?

Looking for a SAAS rank checker for agency stuff - couple dozen clients with anywhere from a dozen to a few dozen benchmark keywords we track for each.
Been looking around & tried a few. They either seemed to be missing one of the features below or price was crazy-high. Anyone has any recommendations, would be appreciated
what I'm looking for
Track history
Show +/- across time periods (e.g. display data by last month vs this month instead of the most recent rank check which is usually daily on those tools)
different projects for clients (pretty standard)
What I've tried
* Microsite masters - like the guys who run it & like ability to add info for what we've been doing. Only issue I had was the date ranges. No way to select I could see, so the +/- change is for what period? Doesn't appear to have a way to select by month.
* various desktop tools like ranktracker and advancedwebranking - both seem to have regular issues with windows 7 & updates, plus google keeps whacking my private proxies. Even if those issues weren't happening, a SAAS tool would be better so I'm not waiting on reports from the SEO guys or buying a bunch of licenses.
* seomoz - we signed up w/ this back when their tools first came out so very cheap, but upgrading to get the projects/kws we need just isn't worth the current price.
* SEscout looks pretty good - anyone use it? Possibility, but seeing if any others are out there.
